HTT Token Buyback Policy

HTT Token Buyback Policy

Effective Date: [May 2, 2025]
Last Updated: [May 17, 2025]
Applies to: All holders of HTT Token

1. Purpose

The HTT Token Buyback Policy is designed to maintain a healthy token economy, stabilize price volatility, and ensure fair value for token holders. This mechanism allows HTT to reinvest platform earnings into repurchasing tokens from the open market.

2. Buyback Triggers

Buyback events may be initiated based on the following triggers:

  • Excess Circulating Supply: If the token supply circulating in the market exceeds a determined threshold.

  • Revenue Milestone: A percentage of profits from Bookinger.online or HTT ecosystem services may be allocated for buyback.

  • Market Conditions: Strategic buybacks may occur during price drops to stabilize token value.

3. Buyback Frequency

Buybacks may occur on a:

  • Quarterly basis by default.

  • Special Event basis, such as promotional campaigns, ecosystem growth phases, or staking unlock periods.

4. Source of Funds

Funds for buyback will come from:

  • Booking service revenues.

  • Listing or affiliate partnership earnings.

  • HTT ecosystem utility fees (such as transaction charges).

5. Buyback Execution

  • All buybacks will be executed transparently via decentralized exchanges like Uniswap.

  • Transactions will be recorded on-chain, visible to the public.

  • Buyback tokens may be burned or stored in the HTT Reserve Wallet, depending on strategic use.

6. Transparency & Reporting

  • Every buyback event will be announced on the website and social media.

  • A Buyback Report will include date, amount, price, and wallet address used.

  • Reports will be published under the “HTT Token Economy” section of the site.

7. No Guaranteed Price Floor

While buybacks aim to support value, HTT does not guarantee a specific price floor. Market forces continue to determine real-time token value.

8. Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically based on platform performance, DAO voting, or evolving market conditions.
